I had a technician come to my residence to repair my stove,he opened up the back of my stove and observed the memberain ribbon control took his pick and purposely tor off the ribon off the bord and broke the corner of the ribbon contacts, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they did more damage instead off fixing it properly lousy service and the office doesn't pick up the phone when you call and want to make a complaint.
